We offer free psychological therapies like cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) for anyone who wants to improve their mental health.
We can help with problems like:
- worrying all the time
- feeling low and hopeless
- having obsessive thoughts or behaviours
We offer psychological therapies in different ways, for example:
- using a self-help workbook
- as an online course
- one to one
- in a group

- Fill in a short online form
- Choose a time and date for a phone assessment with one of our trained staff
- You will agree a treatment plan together at the assessment
