Thinkaction is here to help you feel more positive about your life and your relationships with other people.

You can refer yourself directly to Thinkaction without seeing your GP.

What we offer

We offer free psychological therapies like cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) for anyone who wants to improve their mental health.

We can help with problems like:

  • worrying all the time
  • feeling low and hopeless
  • having obsessive thoughts or behaviours

We offer psychological therapies in different ways, for example:

  • using a self-help workbook
  • as an online course
  • one to one
  • in a group

How to refer yourself

  1. Fill in a short online form
  2. Choose a time and date for a phone conversation with one of our trained staff
  3. You will agree a treatment plan together

Thinkaction isn't a crisis service. If you need urgent help, you can:
